Our Story
Back in 2016, our founder noticed something frustrating. Most risk management felt corporate and disconnected. Companies were getting generic advice that didn't fit their actual situation. So he decided to do things differently. Started with 3 people, one small office, and a commitment to really understand each client's specific vulnerabilities. The approach worked. Word spread. Today we're 23 people strong, but we still operate like we did at day one — like your risks are our risks. We've grown because we actually care about the outcomes. That's not changing.
